Friendly - Helpful - Reasonable Price

I stopped in-person to see if Reflections could assist me in repairing a very old window in a very old home I had broken. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help. After going to a competitor and being completely let down, these guys were refreshing and treated me like a valued customer. In fact, not only did they assist me in getting it repaired, but they did so the same day I requested it!

Their price was more than reasonable and their work was done in a quality manner, while being expedited. Only great things to say about this place. Thank you John, the technician, and staff for making the process not seem like a business transaction but just a friend helping another friend.
